St. Louis, MO – Jazz St. Louis continues its milestone 30th Anniversary Season this March with a dynamic lineup that brings global stars, rising local talent, and some of jazz’s most exciting contemporary voices to the Harold & Dorothy Steward Center. From show-stopping trumpeters to powerhouse vocalists and fearless saxophonists, March offers one of the most musically diverse months of the season.
The month honors Women’s History Month with performances from acclaimed educator Dr. Erika Johnson, and two nights of high-energy fusion from Dawn Weber with Aska Maret. Mid-month brings a five-night run from JUNO-winning trumpeter and vocalist Bria Skonberg, supported by Frank Houdek & Susan Tulis. The month continues with the Claire Maue Quartet and St. Louis standout Anita Jackson, concluding with an exhilarating multi-day residency from Sharel Cassity’s Alliance, presented by Rick & Shelly Mayhew.

Dawn Weber Weekend: Swunk & Soul Jazz ft. Aska Maret (March 6–7) Two nights of bold, groove-driven jazz as trumpeter Dawn Weber teams up with violinist Aska Maret for unforgettable St. Louis showcases. Show times: Fri – 7:30 pm, Sat – 7:30 pm
Bria Skonberg (March 11–15) JUNO-winning trumpeter and vocalist Bria Skonberg leads a vibrant, modern revival of classic jazz. Show times: Tue, Wed – 7:30 pm | Thu, Fri – 7:30 pm & 9:30 pm | Sat – 6:30 pm
Claire Maue Quartet (March 19) Rising St. Louis talent Claire Maue leads her ensemble in original compositions and inspired modern jazz. Show time: Thu – 7:30 pm
Anita Jackson (March 20–21) Beloved St. Louis vocalist Anita Jackson brings soulful, powerful vocals to two nights of stirring performances. Show times: Fri – 7:30 pm, Sat – 7:30 pm
Sharel Cassity’s Alliance (March 25–29) DownBeat “Rising Star” Sharel Cassity brings fearless artistry and global acclaim to the Jazz St. Louis stage. Show times: Wed – 7:30 pm | Thu – 11:00 am & 7:30 pm | Fri, Sat – 7:30 pm & 9:30 pm | Sun – 6:30 pm
Running September 2025 through June 2026, the Jazz St. Louis 30th Anniversary Season highlights the rich legacy of jazz in the region through GRAMMY-winning artists, emerging stars, and innovative performances while continuing the organization’s mission to present, educate, and inspire.
